I was so very sorry to read of the passing of a complete gentleman and friend - Lion Devan Kandiah.. Through Lion’s Clubs International, first met Devan about 1986 when we worked together on our District’s membership team, and over the years in many roles.. Devan was Zone Chairman for me in 1997/98 and continued his steadfast , unending and brilliant support in whatever role he took on - an amazing volunteer and perfect gentleman.. nothing was ever too much trouble, particularly when he was trying to re-establish the Club at Winchester….you will never be forgotten and a true friend and colleague… rest in peace old pal PDG Freddie
